Year Comparison letters are useful when you would like to send out a solicitation letter mentioning last year's total amount donated and contrasting it to this year asking the donor to increase the contribution for the current year to meet or exceed last year.
Previous Year Date Range and Amount:
Choose the From and To dates as well as an amount. You can choose to Limit to Total Amount to be Less Than, Greater than or Equal to a certain amount.
Current Year Date Range and Amount:
Choose the From and To dates as well as an amount. You can choose to Limit to Total Amount to be Less Than, Greater than or Equal to a certain amount.
Output: Output to a Word Merge.
Merge Type: Choose whether you are printing letters, envelopes or labels.
Categories Tab:
You can limit the year comparison letters to one category or subcategory. Choose the category to limit to or click on Select All to select all.
Click on Clear All to clear all the checkboxes.
To show all the subcategories, check off Show All Subcategories.
