To view the seating arrangements, click on Table Arrangements on the banquet tab under Common Tasks. 
A new screen will pop up listing all the reservations and the tables that the people were assigned to.
To limit the listing to a specific section, choose that section from the drop-down list in the section field.
To limit the listing to a specific table, choose that table from the drop-down list in the table field.
