Spelling: This tool works just like the spell-check in all Microsoft programs. It will check the spelling of information entered in the address/phone tab. When checking the spelling, you have the option to ignore certain fields to avoid having to go through a spell-check on every name in your database. Click on the Ignore "___" Field button to ignore all words in a certain field.
