To access the banquet reports, click on Reports > Banquet. The Banquet Reports screen will pop up.

Select the report from the Report list.

Note: Currently, the only report that comes with the Banquet Module is a Guest List--which lists all the guests as well as their reservations, tables, and menus. There are custom reports, such as placecards, available by contacting tech support.

Total By: Choose how you want to total your report by--table name or number, section name or number, menu or honoree.

Subtotal By: Choose how you want to subtotal your report.

Sort By: Choose to sort by name, table name, table number, section name, section number, menu or honoree.

Click on OK to open the report or Cancel to cancel.

Note:The reports open in a new database.

 

On the second tab, the Criteria, you enter the information about the banquet for which you want to access reports. If you have already accessed the banquet tab this session, this information will be entered based on the banquet you selected. Otherwise it will be blank.

Banquet: Select the appropriate banquet from the drop-down list.

Banquet Year: Select the year of the banquet from the drop-down list.

Banquet Category: Select the banquet category.

For advanced users:

Click on Open Database to design your own report. Save your report. The next time you access the banquet reports screen, click on Use a Custom Report and you will see your report there. Click on it to select it.
