Quick Programs offers a way to assign a program to a contact without having to go through the Assign Programs screen. You have the ability to define up to 10 Quick Programs. Regardless of whether the contact is assigned to these programs, they are always displayed at the left of the programs tab.
To assign a contact to one of these programs, simply check that program. To unassign the contact from the program, uncheck the box.
To define which programs are designated as Quick Programs as well as ordering them, click Tools > Quick Programs Setup
| • | Use the Right Arrow button to add a Quick Program to the list of Quick Programs. |
| • | Use the Left Arrow button to Remove a Quick Program from the list of Quick Programs. |
| • | Use the Up Arrow button to move the selected Quick Program up one row. |
| • | Use the Down Arrow button to move the selected Quick Program down one row. |
When you're done selecting the programs click OK.
Note: The Cancel button will be disabled (grey) once you make changes to the Quick Programs.
You can keep changing the Quick Programs as your needs change. You may find that during the summer, you want to incude Camp and Youth programs in the Quick Programs and during the Banquet, to have programs for Honorees and Reservations. Changing Quick Programs does not affect the actual data. All it does is change which programs are designated as Quick Programs.
