All commands and functions are available on the Menus and Toolbars along the top of the screen.
The Menus are the words that you see along the top of the screen (File, Edit, etc.)
The Toolbars are the little icons that are found immediately below the Menus.
At times, some menu commands may not be visible when dropping down the menu. The hidden commands can be viewed by clicking the double-down arrow at the bottom of a menu. The visibility status of the commands on the menus depends on their frequency of use. Commands that are not used often will automatically be hidden. After using the command, it will become visible again.
The icons on the Toolbars are little buttons. Clicking on any of the buttons will activate its function. Moving your mouse over the button (without clicking it) will display a tool tip (yellow rectangle) with information on what the button does.
