The File Menu contains basic file-related tasks. These include:
Open Data File...--open a data file. Use this option if you would like to open a different data file than the current one, such as a backup.
Backup--Use this option to manually backup your data.
CD Backup--Use this option to backup your data to a CD. When clicking this button, you will see a popup. Follow the instruction on the popup to burn your file on the CD. Click OK or the red X in the right-hand corner to exit this screen.
Import--Use this option to import filters and custom queries. (see... for more on this)
Outlook Synchronization...--Use this option to synchronize contacts to and from outlook. For more information, see Outlook Synchronization.
Print-Use this option to print selected records or pages.
Print Preview--This will give you a preview of what you are printing on the screen.
Page Setup...-Use this menu to set basic page setup options related to printing. The default settings are set by your computer and are the settings that will work best with your computer.
Send To-Use this option to e-mail the current screen as an attachment.
Exit-Exit the database.
