The Edit Menu includes basic functions for editing a record:
Undo--this undoes your last action. It can also be accessed on your computer by pressing the CTRL + Z keys.
Cut-this will cut any highlighted text and place it on the clipboard. The cut option can also be accessed by pressing CTRL + X on your keyboard.
Copy-This copies the highlighted text to the clipboard. Pressing the CTRL + C keys, will accomplish the same thing
Paste-This pastes the last item that was cut or copied to the clipboard. Use the CTRL + V keys on your computer to paste as well.
Find...-Use this option to find and replace specific words on the form. You can choose to search only the current field or the whole form. Find and Replace only works on the currently open contact.
