You can customize your own reports by deciding what information to output and then saving it for future use. To customize a report, just click on the Customize button found on the bottom of the reports screen.
A new screen will come up which will allow you to choose criteria for your report. The customize reports screen is the same for application, enrollment and attendance, with the exception of one tab. Once you specify criteria, you will have the option of saving your report for future access.
General Tab:
Report Title: Enter a report title. Sort By: Choose how you want the report sorted. Total By/Subtotal By: Choose how you want the report totaled and subtotaled. Descending: Check this box to sort the report descending (Z-A). Otherwise the report will be sorted ascending (A-Z) Separate Pages: Check this box to have a separate page for each total. For example, if you choose total by bunk, each bunk will be on a separate page. Report Orientation: Choose Portrait or Landscape.
Camper Tab:
Choose to limit the report to only one gender.
Grades Tab:
Choose which grades you would like to limit the report to. Click on Select All to check off all of the check boxes and Clear All to clear all of the checkboxes.
Bunks Tab:
Choose the bunks that this report will be for. Click on Select All to check off all of the check boxes and Clear All to clear all of the checkboxes.
Sessions Tab:
Limit the report to one or more sessions. Click on Select All to check off all of the check boxes and Clear All to clear all of the checkboxes.
Locations Tab:
Limit the report to one or more locations. Click on Select All to check off all of the check boxes and Clear All to clear all of the checkboxes.
Application/Enrollment/Attendance Tab:
Application Tab: Limit to the submitted date, start date and/or end date. You can also limit the report to one kind of application status. Enrollment Tab: Limit to the enrolled on date, start date and/or end date. You can also limit the report to one kind of enrollment status. Attendance Tab: Limit the report to an attendance date.
Fields Tab:
Choose which fields to show on the report. You can reorder the order of the fields by using the up and down arrow buttons.
When you are done click on the OK button and then on the Save Report button on the main camp reports screen.
CMS will prompt you to enter a name and description for this report. Once saved, the report will show up together with the other reports in the reports list.
