Credit Card Processing Integration Module
In its ongoing quest to provide excellent products and services to Shluchim, Chabad Management
System is happy to announce that it now provides a Credit Card Processing Integration (CCPI) module
which provides the ability to process credit cards over the Internet within the CMS program.
Here's how it works:
| • | When you enter a new payment in CMS you can optionally enter credit card information for this payment. The credit card will be validated and charged at the same time the payment is entered into CMS. |
| • | The credit card data is stored on file for this contact so future charges to the same card a snap. You can store multiple cards for a contact. |
| • | Schedule monthly payments to be charged automatically. Fully integrated with the existing bills/payments features. |
What you need:
• CMS provided Merchant Account.
• PC Charge Payment Server (via CMS).
• CMS Credit Card Processing Integration (CCPI) module.
What are the fees?
• $470 for PC Charge Payment Server and the CCPI module. Payment plan available, ask for details.
• Ongoing Merchant Fees: 2.3% and 30 cents transaction fee and $10 monthly.
There are no setup fees, activation fees or so called gateway fees.
You don't pay for a terminal or any other hardware; cards are processed over the internet!

Canadian Shluchim can now use the CCPI module. Other fees and restrictions apply to Canadianbanks. Ask for details.

To set the options for the credit card, go to Tools > Options > Credit cards.
Credit Card Processing Integration Module: In order to use the credit card processing integration module, you need to have the module and you need to check off this box.
Processor, Merchant Number, Payment Server Location: These are technical concepts related with the setup of the ccpi module. Tech support will help you with initial setup and will tell you what to put in these fields.
Recurring Charges:
You can choose whether to show recurring charges that are not yet due (such as tuition which is paid monthly), for up to a certain amount of days. Check off the checkbox to Show bills that are not yet due and enter the amount of days that you would like to show for.
You can choose whether or not to show the Auto Settle Reminder and the time for this reminder. Check off the checkbox for this option and enter a time.
Settlements can only be done by one computer. To choose a computer that does settlements, check off the box Make this computer the one that does the settlements. CMS will automatically enter the Computer and Username.
