Here is where you can enter, view and generate applications.
To enter a new application, click on the New Application command button. This will make the fields found on the left of the Note box active. Submitted Date: Enter the date submitted. By default it will be today's date. Location: Choose a location from the drop-down list. School: Choose a school from the drop-down list. Grade: Choose a grade from the drop-down list. Bunk: Choose a bunk from the drop-down list. Status: Choose the application status from the drop-down list. Please Note: The drop-down menus in the fields are based on the information you put in while customizing the camp module, under Tools > Camp Setup. Note: Enter an optional note.
Once done, click on Save Application. At that point, the New Application command button changes to Edit Application and the Delete Application and Application Details command buttons become active.
Application Details: This button allows for custom fields to be used in connection with the Application.For example, if you would like a checklist of all the paperwork associated with an application (medical form, tuition contract, etc.) so that you can check off each thing as it is sent in, this is where you would be able to do this. For assistance with setting up this button, contact tech support. Generate Application: Click on this button to merge to a Word application. Sample application and merge fields are included with the program.
